Sandra Hicks discovered yoga 20 years ago when she was experiencing health issues. She quickly realized that incorporating a yoga practice in her daily life gave her relief in her body and savasana created quietness in her mind.
Allow Sandra to guide you to a blissful state of relaxation and allow you to feel as though you’ve had hours of deep sleep. Be sure to dress warm as we move through the exercises our body cools down.

- Yoga mat or you can sit in a chair.
- Blanket to cover yourself.
- A pillow for your head.
If you find it difficult to lay flat on your back bring another pillow to go under your knees for support.
