It is The Rose Quest Personal Care Initiative’s objective to relieve poverty by providing personal care and hygiene products to persons of low, or no income by establishing, operating, and maintaining a personal care and hygiene products bank for residents in crisis, in need and/or who are experiencing homelessness, and by distributing products through social service agencies, charities, schools, and directly to the street.
