Join Sandra Dee's Consulting for Seniors & Family and Aspira Empire Crossing for a evening of focusing on our subconscious blocks and releasing them with self hypnosis. Anne Murphy who is a practicing hypnosis and reiki practitioner will educate and lead us through a brief exercise designed to introduce us to the experience and the breakthrough one can achieve through the practice of self-hypnosis.
